Yes, this is another race prediction thread.
I'm a junior in high school and have only raced twice this indoor season. I split 2:20 in a 4x800 (felt like I could have gone faster afterwards) and ran an 11:00 for the 3200m. During XC I ran 17:57 for 5k.
In my 3200m my first mile was around 5:35 with the second being around 5:25. My last 3-4 laps were around 37 seconds each according to teammates who got my splits.
Firstly, off of this information what do you think I could hit in the 3200m by the end of the season? Our team does really low mileage (~30ish) with some hard workouts 3 times a week usually. Last week we did consisting of the following:
500m at 800m race pace: I hit 1:27.5 - right on target
3x(4x300m) 30 second rest between each, 200m walk between sets. My times were:

I've done a few tempos (5 miles @6:30 and 3 miles @6:25) and other similar workouts. Any ideas as to what times I could be hitting by the end of indoor and possibly during outdoor track?
