I have a 5k pr of 16:28 from last year. Its pretty early in the season so most of workouts have been threshold/cv pace. As a result legs feel kinda slow since lack of sharpening workouts but my overall fitness feels good. Based of these runs/workouts am i in shape for a new pr?

5 mile tempo (windy conditions) @ 5:50 mile pace
13 mile long run 7:09 pace with last mile 5:57.
