Hello,
I just wanted some advice from some of you knowledgeable lot.
I do a lot of slow work outs (including 8.5 mile commute to work Monday to Friday) and with 3 other runs get to around 75-80mpw.
I was wondering if you could suggest some good tempo/speed work outs for someone aiming for 2.35 marathon time with a 73.28 HM PM (set yesterday). I know it's something I need to start focusing on.
