Would be fun to see how much do other people train
~8.5 hours a week and ~16:00 5K
About 3 hours and 18:04
What counts as 'training'. Stretching? Core workouts? Rolling out? Cooking healthy food instead of a frozen pizza? Going to bed at 9:30/10pm instead of 11pm and missing an hour of life there?

The question should be what is your:
Current hours/week and current 5k time?
Or
