Here me out at least. What if LRC enacted a rule that it is a men's only forum like how there are women only running sites and groups? This would get rid of pretty much all the (unjustified) complaints. That way, if someone complains, we can point to the men only rule for the forum.
Found the incel..
I'm gender fluid. How would that work?
I like this idea. The whole forum becomes the all-male groupchat. I'd bet that most prominent runners and figures in the community who complain about toxicity on this site don't even use it regularly
Help! Women are talking (I think)
Not possible. It's okay to have men only or female only forum but it has to be like that already from day one. It's wrong when you try to change rules later on in order to keep people out.

By any chance are you one of those ultra-orthodox Jews who separate woman from men except for procreation? (IMPORTANT NOTE: I am Sephardic)

User identification verified sounds like a bad idea.
Then my athletes would know the contents of my posts and that may undermine my effectiveness as a coach. The head coach has a lot of brilliant ideas that he (or she) sometimes shares anonymously on here first. It’s best if the athletes are surprised. Like we say in San Antonio, “physicality is important and mentality is too.”
Then you’re nothing but a poser who is such a limp dick that you are afraid to publicly say what you really mean and don’t have the balls to accept any consequences for your words and actions.
