I have a small pain in my calf. I have been able to do 10 mile runs easy, but if l start doing something fast I usually feel pain an hour after the workout. I have had an injury like this in the past, so it seems like l am in the early stages of the injury. What can l get away with, without making things WORSE. I am thinking of taking a few days easy, then take a crack at a session on Monday. I don't know because sometimes you feel very little pain on an easy run, but once you start running workouts, after it is over you are limping. I am thinking of doing my long run Saturday instead of Sunday, then Sunday run easy, then Monday do a session. I just don't know what you can get away with?
