PRs of 2:07, 4:30 (1600)
Ran 12x400 @ 75 w/ 15 sec jog rest (so, basically 90 sec cycle) into next rep on track outside.
Felt like a breeze, didn’t even feel very challenging, kinda felt like a tempo with the rest. Been running 80 mpw, prs are old from last year running 60 mpw.
Any guesses? Haven’t raced in a bit. I know this isn’t a predictor workout, but what shape would you expect to be in from this?
