-5 x 300m (3’) in 42.2, 43.6, 44.5, 44.9, 46.4
-1000-800-600-400-200 in 2:50, 2:13, 1:37, 63 and 31 (fairly easy)
-8x400m (90s) in 65.6 66.0, 64.5, 66.0, 65.9, 67.2, 66.7, 67.0 (lowkey hard)
