Running usually makes me feel relaxed and refreshed, having spent some alone time on quiet roads or trails. I think it's always been good for my mental health.
But recently it's kind of been doing the opposite. A few things have been eating away at me in my life, and the alone time when I'm running is just giving me time to ponder them more, turn them over in my head, and make things even worse.
Has anyone else experience running being bad for their mental health for this reason? How can I make running be a release again
