I have the Forever Energy too, and while it's a surprisingly fun shoe at tempo paces, it's a bit unstable for me when I jog at 8+ min/mile. 5:30 to 7:30 min/mile? Pretty good shoe.
But the Reebok lacks the versatility of the 890v6, the fit isn't as good, and the outsole, while very durable, feels kind of cheap while running. The forefoot is a bit unstable at toe-off, too.
I'm considering the Zante Pursuit, but the upper gives me pause, it doesn't look like it'll hold the foot laterally all that well. I'm also looking forward to the new Fresh Foam Tempo.
It's a pity, really. The 890v6 has been the most versatile shoe I've found to date, and my feet, legs and joints really like them.
