Thanks
nice live coverage
1:00:30ish for the winner
I just heard " Walmsley 1:02 something"
That would be a great time.
it was 1:02:15
Walmsley 1:02:15
6th I believe.
That is a great result.
1:02:15
How did Fauble, Sid Vaughn, and Scott Smith do?
Have to believe the 210-212 range is possible for Walmsley with a 10215 result. Of course atanta will be hilly.
Brian Shrader in 1:01 something very impressive PB. Had to be close to/as fast as the best at Houston. He ran 2:13 in Chicago.
Can we talk for a second about how Jim Walmsley ran 1:02:15 after running 151 miles last week.
And 158 the week before.
And 176 the week before that.
And 175 the week before that.
And 151 the week before that.
Fauble felt sick, didn't run if I understand correctly

Yes, Jim ran really well.
Now I just hope he doesn't over train for Atlanta.
And I have to admit that now I think, that he actually has a chance in Atlanta to get one of the spots.
62:15 with all that mileage has to equate to closer to sub-61 in a real race effort.
With his bias towards distance and hills, I could see this mapping to sub-2:10. Certainly at least a dark horse contender.
And add the fact that RnR Arizona is not flat. There’s a long uphill through mi 9. Walmsley is a big factor going into trials.
And Shrader seems like he will be too.
Trials are going to be fun!

Looks like a net gain of ~200', maybe 300+ overall?
