4 and 5 are basically interchangeable. I've been a Cowboys fan for 47 years. If Romo had been on the teams that Aikman was, Romo would have 3 Superbowl rings. Meredith and White were good enough to get to the Playoffs and get your hopes up before going down in defeat.

Dunno, but he is definitely the best broadcast announcer from the Cowboys.
I’m all for consenting adults doing whatever they please, but I wish Troy Aikman and Joe Buck would keep it to themselves.

I was there, December 28th, 1975, Metropolitan Stadium a.k.a. The Met. It looked like Vikings were headed to N.F.C. championship. I was there for Hail Mary. Aikman had a Emmitt Smith and a tremendous running attack along with Michael Irving. Staubach was the best QB Dallas Cowboys ever had.

May not be the best Cowboy quarterback, but is definitely one of the best announcers.

Romo (#4 all-time in career passer rating) became one of the all-time greats, statistically speaking, with a vastly inferior team, whereas Prescott has played his entire career thus far with one of the league’s best defenses, the league’s leading rusher, its best offensive line, an emerging wide-receiver corps and a Hall-of-Fame tight end, and he's still been unable to deliver.
Despite never having a top-ten NFL defense, and despite nagging injuries to himself and his lead running back DeMarco Murray, Romo managed a 40-32 (.555) record between 2010 and 2015. In fact, Murray completed only one full season with the team between 2011 and 2014, which also happened to be his final season in Dallas; moreover, 2014 would also prove to be Romo's final healthy season, as he would play only 4 games in 2015. However, 2014 will long be remembered as the season punctuated by Dez Bryant's alleged non-catch after a 13-3 season that saw Romo complete 70 percent of his passes for 3,705 yards, 34 touchdowns and 9 interceptions, and a passer rating of 113.2.
Prescott, on the other hand, has inherited an organization primed for perfection, and yet he's posted a 40-24 (.625) record between 2016 and 2019, and his rookie season was arguably his best, when he posted a passer rating of 104.9. Since then, he's been good enough for 86.6, 96.9 and 99.7, or a career average of 97.0. Between 2010 and 2014, Romo posted an average passer rating of 100.1, and he posted his season-best mark of 113.2 with the benefit of a healthy DeMarco Murray, who led the league in rushing yards and rushing touchdowns that season. Incredibly, during Romo's entire NFL career, he enjoyed only three seasons with a running back who eclipsed the 1,000-yard mark: Julius Jones in 2006 (1,084 yards) and DeMarco Murray in 2013 (1,121 yards) and 2014 (1,845 yards). Prescott, on the other hand, has enjoyed the benefit of Ezekiel Elliott, arguably the best running back in the league, for each of his four NFL seasons.
However, the most telling discrepancy appears in the form of the defense each quarterback had during the past decade. Here are the team's defensive rankings from each year. Notice that Romo struggled with one of the league's worst defenses for three of those years, mediocre defensive units for the remainder of that time. Meanwhile, Prescott has enjoyed one of the league's best defensive units each of his four seasons in the league. Since 2010, the Cowboys have won two playoff games, one apiece by Romo (1-1) and Prescott (1-2). Given this comparison, one cannot reasonably conclude that anybody but Tony Romo was the best Dallas Cowboys quarterback of the last decade.

Romo>Prescott. No doubt about it. Romo made his team better while Dak just takes advantage of a great offense around him. Amari Cooper is a top ten WR, Zeke is a top 5 RB and perhaps most importantly, the o-line is also top 5 in the league. It's truly pathetic that they were a .500 team this season. Their defense was a problem but Ill note that Ryan Fitzpatrick would have got Dallas to the playoffs.
