Also, it is well-known that various cultures don't have the same notion of Time as Western-based WADA.

Also, the term "WHEREabouts" is confusing! Especially to non-native speakers of English. You have to be *where* at a *when* time, both conditions. It could just as well be called WHENabouts!! But then the system couldn't be blamed for 3x strikes?
El K is now saying the same thing in the other thread. He's too scared of this one.
El Keniano (registered); I want to add something about the challenges with whereabouts. People don't realise that many, many, Kenyan athletes didn't have a formal education and are even barely literate. ADAMS might be a challenge for these.
Lolz so one minute he says how amazing, smart and sophisticated they are, now he is claiming they are too 3rd world status to no how to dope.....yeah el k i agree.....its the rosa’s renato’s showing them how to dope. You cut off the evil white head of the snake and doping drops HUGE. Problem is there will also be a HUGE drop off in depth.
If you want stable to leave, you want coevett to shut up....then ADMIT doping starts at the top from your hero WHITE coaches/agents/managers
Get rid of rosa, canova and brother colm.....watch the doping busts decrease....
Reality is this....kiprop was 3:32 without EPO....which is what rosa gave him duh not that hard to see....yeah imagine that only as good as nick willis
If you look at annual statistics, you will see that until the advance of EPO in 1995, no Kenyan has been able to break 3:32 in the 1500 m. Now tell me something about their miraculous genetics.

They are genetically the best responders to dope.

Wouldn't surprise me if every Kenyan before 95 who ran under 3:35 was roiding and/or blood doping. Kip Keino was almost certainly on everything available in his day.
But as far as this (Kipketer) bust is concerned, this is the latest in a line of 800m Kenyan runners caught. And Rotich has the same coach as Bett, and I think Kinyamel has the same coach as Kipketer.
Of course Rudisha is clean.
I hope.
I'm starting to fear no Kenyan has ran sub 1:45 unassisted..

Then how could someone run faster than doped up Kenyans? Much faster? Like 1:41 or 1:42?

What logic is this actually?
China's 1500m national record is something like 3:38 Population of 1.3 billion and infamous dopers.
Your logic = anyone faster than 3:38 must be doped.
Ex-runner admitted doping and his 800m PB is 2:05. Does that mean nobody has broken 2 minutes clean?
No. What you mean is Kenyans are actually slower than most of the world but for being the only country allowed to dope unfettered. TPTB decided to pick on the slowest population in the world to see how much faster they could make them.

Lol. Prove it. You can't, because he never said such thing.

I tend to agree with El Keniano. Also worth noting that we're seeing a lot of whereabouts type violations for guys who are has-beens with mediocre form. Take from that what you will, but it reminds me of the narrative of guys in the Minor Leagues who had a bit of MLB success and get desperate and try to get back to that level by any means necessary.
