Cool! Moen is running this. His first London.
Since when is Bekele an elite? He’s massively overrated in all facets of his ability.
Does this mean he's training year round for another WR attempt in Berlin?

Since he has 3 olympic gold, 5 world champion titles, 11 world cross country gold and several major marathon victories?
In addition of being the world record holder of the 10 000m, 5 000m (both outdoor and indoor) and having the second ever fastest marathon.
Maybe that makes him elite, maybe.

You are supposed to kneel in front the man who would lap you at least 7-10 times in a 10 000m.

even at end of article:
"This is the second of London Marathon’s ‘elite week’ announcements, with further athletes to be confirmed in the coming days."

Maybe Kipchoge did not want Bekele in the race.
Maybe London marathon did not have the budget to have both runners
Maybe Bekele is busy targeting the world record or the olympic gold, if he can agree something with the ethiopian federation.

Nah. He'd probably lap me a couple of times, but not 7-10.

Old Man Bekele would still lap you much more than that, be honest.

Lets get real here. Even if KB is only capable of 27 flat 10k right now, a 30 flat guy is in danger of getting lapped 3 times, and I doubt that you are even 30 flat capable.
That said, I think KB will still be added to London. As someone already pointed out, he tended to get added later than the others. Maybe its a move he has.
If you can run 4 miles in 26:45, he’d lap you 9 times.
5 miles in 26:45, he’d lap you 5 times.
And so on....
He’d lap me at least 9 times for what it’s worth ?
But I think I have him over 200m ?

Nah. Bekele would definitely lap me, but not that many times.

I run 4 miles under 19 minutes on dirt paths. That must be worth something.
Some olympic and world championship runners were double lapped by Bekele in his time.
I don't think you are at their levels, your are being a little pretentious.

What's pretentious about what I've said?

You are saying that Bekele is overrated in "all his abilities" and would "only lap you twice" in a 10 000m. Get real.
