Sorry for the dumb post but I don't run and am trying to help my son who is a pretty good hs distance runner.
He gets frustrated because his garmin 30 only keeps a few intervals so on workout days when they're doing like 12x400s he loses some of them before he gets home and can upload/record them.
"We" would like to stick with garmin if possible. He wants the most basic running watch he can get but likes auto uploads when he gets home or to iPhone and wants to be able to not lose any of his workout intervals when they do speedwork. He said if he could put music on it for his long runs (90 mins) that it would be awesome. Any help? It's very overwhelming.
