idk man just go out there and try your best don't wait for someone else to tell you your limits
just keep training well & hard (with easy days easy ofc)

My sophomore year of high school, which was my first year of running track, I had two indoor races. I think the first one was maybe 2:20 or 2:19. The second one was 2:16, though.
Later that spring I ran 2:09 outdoors.

i think flat track is 1 sec per lap so
2:19=2:15, add spikes and might be lil better
