Tue felt too hard, guess because my pacing is really bad. Will eventually have time to go to a track and learn to run certain paces.
Also planning on entering a club and compete in track events in the next few weeks.
If you believe Garmin I have segments where I sometimes (rather always) run around 3:00 min/km and then slow down towards the end. Very costly and not as effective as it could be I think.
Thu tempo was slow, but was a very windy day. (rather all week was windy) Nevertheless I felt too good at the end of the tempo so should have pushed more.
Since friday I have light cold which probably affected the long run + bad hydration.

I hope that I can stay a week ahead and not get sick.
I might have suffered and may suffer. But there also has been a sharp increase in intensity overall.
Sadly can't say what a typical improvement would have been on a carb rich diet but I'll be honest I can't
say I've improved in the last weeks. However I'm more productive overall.
