There are 24 hours in a day. No time is off limits to run. Some of us start work at 7am and don't get off until 13 hours later, meaning that 4am is the only time to run. If you have a passion and a goal, you don't make excuses and do what needs to be done.
Even if this were my work schedule, I would still run after work. But I don't think I can last at a job that starts at 7am. I would probably need prescription sleeping pills every night to fall asleep. (I use OTC pills whenever I have to fall asleep before midnight, but those cannot be used for more than a few days in a row without using their effectiveness.)
Fortunately, my work starts much later, and I still run after work. Sometimes, that means it's 11pm when I am done. So I am usually running when other people are socializing. I don't care whether other people think I am a lazy, undisciplined person who has no passion or goal because I don't run in the morning. I am more productive this way, and get more things done. More importantly, I don't have to feel sluggish all day every day, or become dependent on prescription drugs.
