What are his options? We complain about poor public schools but they are only poor because the kids are out of control and misbehaving.
Kid's probably an Antonio Brown fan who doesn't even know the word's meaning. He just knows it's vulgar enough to communicate his hatred for his teacher, and probably his general distaste for authority. By the way, AB proved just how inconsequential it is to use that word, whereas his paler counterpart faced serious punishment for using the six-letter equivalent.
