Tyler, you seem to be in much better than 2:30 shape based off of some of your workouts and that half. You may have already said this, but what do you think you'll be able to run in Boston?
I took a down week and even took a day off for the first time in several months. My calf has been bothering me but a few rest days didn't seem to help much. It feels tight until I get warmed up and then it doesn't bother me anymore.
