Love seeing some training details posted. Here is some of my weeks leading up to Columbus last year. Ran 2:30:25 with a negative split. First couple weeks was me coming back from an injury. Maybe some of these workouts will give some insight into what it took to run pretty close. Still kicking myself for stopping at that porta potty. Closed that last mile in 5:25 too.
