Didn't post bail so he's probably still in jail, can't complain to the brojos from his cell that's probably why this thread hasn't been deleted yet.
No EZ Pass lane out of this one! Wonder if he dug up the AOL lawyer again?

No idea but I imagine being a petite dude in the big house will either wake him up or he will - and most likely - continue down this deep hole he is digging like a madman.
By that I mean this. You sensitive types avert your eyes.
This guy is a repeat offender. LOCK HIM UP!!!!
I wonder how long it will take him to sockpuppet this thread?
His face appears remarkably unscathed for a person who attached police officers. Hopefully he's able to get whatever treatment he needs to stay out of trouble.
Mike Rossi Facebook:
So after about 20 minutes I realized I left my cell phone it the post office. Panic!!
I went back and....nothing. No one turned it in.
So I activated “find my phone” and saw that it was not too far. I set up the “lost” status which displays right on the screen a message saying “this phone is lost, please call....(alternative number) to return.
No call. Nothing. So I head out to track the phone using the map which shows it’s location.
I call the phone. Nothing.
Finally I text my phone and say I am tracking the phone and I can see your location is ______.
Nothing.
Then I mention I will have to call the police and report it stolen.
Miraculously I get a call back. (Via my wife)
(Very bad English) “Oh yes. I try to return the phone. So sorry. I wait for you now.”
So I get to the guy’s location and he comes up and says “here is your phone! I am so happy to help”
Bullshit.
I recognize the guy from the post office. He was in line behind me. I must have left my phone on the prep counter as I was addressing a package. Then I went to the main counter. He went to the main counter (the other window) while I was still there and left at the same time! I held the door for him!!!
The guy obviously grabbed the phone and had every opportunity to give it to me.
It was only after I told him I could track his location and that I was going to report it stolen did he all of the sudden become the hero.
Morale of the story...
People = bad
Technology = good
No technology on marathon course = excellent

Behind these marathon cheaters is some pretty serious mental health issues. Publicly calling out cheaters is necessary for the integrity of the sport. But someone needs to make sure that the cheaters are getting the mental health services they need.
Integrity of the sport? What 3:30 Marathons do has nothing to do with integrity of the sport. Integrity of the sport has to do with sub-2:11 male & sub-2:31 female Marathoners. Are you calling out gals & guys cheating in Y.M.C.A. basketball? 3:30 Marathoners are no different than Y.M.C.A. basketball players.
You can bet that story is as full of BS as Rossi himself.

Boston spots are coveted and finite in number. That is the issue. You can poo-poo it all you want, but for many, it is an accomplishment.
This human catastrophe never fails to keep us entertained. Just when you thought he was gone... After reading the above post, I decided to check out his Facebook for myself. There is no mention of the above story, but I found something even better. On December 8, he posts “2020 is my year. New opportunities. New horizons. Let’s go”. How’s 2020 working out for ya so far, huh Mikey boy? I feel so sorry for his kids.

Oh, please. Serious runners don't care about Boston spots like they are God's gift from heaven. Only hobby joggers care about that stuff.
Let me guess, you keep all your finisher medals in your room and like to wear them, too. And if you have a Boston finisher medal or jacket you paid for, you would frame that up like some gaudy piece of art and pretend you won some kind of world championships. Real runners laugh at that. You probably took offense.

I don’t disagree, but you do realize that you’re also a hobby jogger, right? The real pros jog your 16 minute 5k as a warmup.

They have quite a burden to deal with for the rest of their lives. Seeing the violence and abuse and thinking this is the way life is. No one who could stood up to protect them from their great father. Just sympathy for the devil. How twisted things have become.
It’s a shame when it’s all said and done. It seems like he had a nice family, but he just seems to be in a long, slow spiral down. I really hope he can find redemption.

Redemption? After all he's done to so many others?
He is only getting worse. Next stop maybe he kills someone in the family. The hand-wringers can then make some sad speeches. He is evil and beyond redemption.

He’s arrogant and narcissistic and apparently insecure and angry but I’d like to hope he’s not beyond redemption- especially for the sake of his kids.
A huge dose of humility and desire to be a better person could turn him around.
Funny to me that a group that bullied a cheater into suicide are criticizing a marathon’s inaction.
