When you can't refute someone's statement, you just hoist the white flag and call them names? Try harder, dude.

You are aware that the U.S. military has been all-volunteer for almost 50 years now?

Draft stopped in 1973. Recruiting was very difficult from 1974 through 1980s. One or more posters days ago stated U.S. could bomb their way to victory. What if it is necessary to defend Europe, South Korea or Japan? U.S. would not bomb North Korean/China too much. Fight North Korea, U.S. would be fighting China also. If Russia or China tried to over take Japan (both China & Russia have encroached onto Japanese territory), millions of U.S. men would be needed. Europe is looking fragile daily with Big Orange fella wanting out of N.A.T.O. U.S. would fight Russians with men. U.S. would be afraid of nuclear war against Russia, so no huge bombing campaign against Russia. Because there has been no draft for 46 1/2 years does not mean there will not be a draft in the future.
