I’d also say that rn you could get down to a 4:35 mile with a 2:05, you just might not pace the best but you’ll learn.
Also you should be able to do a 2 mile in 9:5x or close with that 800 and perceived mile time, If not low tens. Now if you lost some weight I think you’d get even better
Cain ran 9:25 so that puts her at sub 8:50 which I don't believe. The gain becomes less and less as you are further away from ideal weight.
