I’m making this to keep myself accountable for training. I’ll be posting weekly with my training as I go for these goals.
Bio: sophomore, in xc I finished the season with a 16:58 5k which I’m pretty happy about.
My freshman track pr’s are 2:15 and 4:53
I’m looking to take the winter as a slow build up that will allow me to run for miles for track. I’m hovering around 35mpw and hoping to build up to around 45-50mpw at the end of the winter.
My weeks look like this
Monday: easy 3 or off
Tuesday: easy 4-5
Wednesday: 1k repeats w/ hills
Thursday: easy 4-5
Friday: tempo 3-4 w/ strides
Saturday: easy 4-5
Sunday: 8-10 LR
