I mean you just watched that whole movie about it and are changing your life around what more are you looking for?
My experience? My head felt a little clearer at times but my performance level dipped substantially over the course of a year. Went back to eating meat one or two times a week and within 3 months was back to my old faster paces.
I don’t know any serious athletes that have been vegan for more than a year or two.
