Why is it catastrophic to have easy prize money?

I missed out on easy money here in a race won in 18:16.
My only take-away is you failed to win at 18:16.
Weak
We’re you wearing a banana costume?
Nice one. Lots of BB style points plus you added the grammar flourish.
Was the winner the baristo who stole your barista last week? Was she amongst the "biches"?
I think you’re supposed to act up in a way that won’t get you dq’d until after the race. That way you still get your fast miles in.

I turned back to race the start line again and muttered "biches".
Was this race in France or something?
I was thinking of banditing the race by jumping back into the middle of the queue when the race director wasn't noticed. I would have to weave past too many people that it would be impossible to win though. I emailed the RD and told him the women at the front and the winner are on EPO so I'm waiting for him to get back. It could have been a sweet end for my decade. I want the 2020's to be better because this decade sucked for me.
Were the women wearing vaporflys?

the430miler is the best letsrun troll of all time and it's not even close. I guarantee whoever is behind that handle is a low-level genius for understanding how to perfectly bait people in such an obvious way and still get responses, time and time again.
Banana Bread literally does the same thing

If anything I'd tell the RD refund my entry fee for DQing me before for the race for no reason. You should have said the winner and his posse of botoxed out housewives were sexually assaulting the little girls that always start on the front row of small local races and that's why you were fighting with him.

This was my chance for not only easy money, but to impress any girls that saw me winning the race..

This is where you lost all credibility.

I think he meant boys.
BB did admit once to believing “I am one of the greatest of all time posters on LetsRun.”
What you need to do is a photoshop a pic of one of them touching your butt and then sue the heck out of them. PM me for Johnnie Cochran's cell#.
How anyone believes that your troll posts could be real is embarrassing for all of humanity. How can anyone be that stupid?

Society is messed up man. I was trying to win a charity 5k that was supposed to start at 8:00. At 7:56 the fat woman MC suddenly began the countdown to begin the race while I was still warming up a block away and the other sub-elites were all over the place.
Same deal with me. Small charity 5k. The 5k Race start time was 8:10am. On the flier, posted at table. 8:10am! I came from bathroom at 8:05am and my watch was about 90 sec fast from real time. They were about to start. I asked some one if this was to start the 5k, or are they starting the kids/community 8:00am race, bc I saw adults. I think it was only a half mile or mile for the kids/community race. Anyhow, the kids/community race already started. It was the 5k about to start. The gun went off at 8:07am my watch, so a cell phone would have read 8:05am or 8:06am. You can’t do that. I intended to call someone to let them know It wasn’t a good idea to start early... but I never did :(

I would tell your story on a GoFundMe page a try to raise the lost earnings. I’m sure your story will tug at the hearts of many.
thoughts and prayers :(
As an RD, I had to institute a 10-minute pre-race sign-in rule. We’re only talking 10 runners across America, but you wanted a little buffer for questions & remarks & to keep anyone from trying to delay the start (which had been a problem without the rule). There really is no way millions of years of evolution can disappear in these 10 minutes.
