I recently had a medical at work and returned a high blood pressure reading (136/95).
Advice was to see a doctor. Looked online at ways to reduce blood pressure and typically I do most of the things recommended already (drink decaff coffee, drink very little alcohol, don’t add salt to food).
Any distance runners had similar issues with blood pressure? I run 30-50 miles per week, around 3:00 for a marathon, aged 42
