Let's talk reality.
Hancock deals are multi year. Her appearance money is better at Boston than any another race would offer due to her history.
She will get the appearance money even with a slow time and out of top 10 finish at Boston.
Trials have changed from 4 years ago. Her strategy will be interesting, go from the gun or wait and pick up the pieces.
Athletes faster and younger, far harder to make the team this time around as an older athlete.
Back to back marathons are not easy, less than 60 days between the two.
