Well played.
That answer gives nothing.
How many weeks have they done with that mileage ?
Is that base-phase mileage ?
Willis ran a lot of 100's !
And so on.
We all undestand about importance of mileage, but that only one number gives nothing, because their Yearly mileage
isn't 100 x 52 or 80 x 52.
Base-phase should be nice, for sure about 90-110 for most elite runners, but pre-competitive and competitive season
sometimes has tendency for decent tapering.
Ingebrigtsen's yearly average mileage is only 80, also to another elite runners, even from 70's.

He's got a lot of high mileage weeks, but ! Yearly mileage is 4016 (77 miles per week).
And IMHO that really matters.
So, when we talk about MILEAGE, we should explain what we mean.
