I have been rotating between the Nike Pegasus 35 and the Vomero 14, each have about ~425 miles (or ~680km). It's been noticeable lately that the Pegasus 35 causes a lot of joint pain when running in them, whilst the Vomero just feels fine.
I'm thinking of just keeping the Pegs for super easy or recovery runs for a few more miles (let me know if that is unwise), but I'm wondering if I should just use it after as a gym shoe? Would that be a bad idea?
