I have a "minor" injury not a stress fracture, nothing torn etc. Took a few days off - no improvement. Took 2 weeks off - no improvement. Should I just take 4 more weeks off? I have seen doctors, pt etc. My best understanding is bursitis in my knee. It will be flared up for days after I run but if I don't run I feel nothing so there is no way of measuring if I am ready or not. Anyone with similar experience?
