Anybody every used one of these? Any advice?
I'm 11 days out from an injury added to insult -- tripped over a #^$&&^* curb and shredded the ligaments on both sides of my ankle. Not only did I look like an idiot and lose many weeks of training, but I had to get a doc to look at it and have some physical therapy to look forward to/pay for. Luckily I'm not trying to peak for anything before next March (1/2 marathon).
So here's the dilemma: gimp along on the air cast for a mile or two at a time or cross-train, which sucks, til I can run a decent amount? All advice appreciated.
