How often do you feel pain when you run? pain as in- leg aches/sharp pains etc. and do you run through them? For about a week now I've been experiencing pain in my shin, it started out as a minor ache but today when i went running it didn't go away at all! I ended up cutting my run down to 35 minutes. I could run through this and maybe it will go away... I've trained for XC all summer and I am hoping that this is just a minor pain that will fade away. Need some advice... thanks.
