A shoe that's good for speed, long runs, easy days, even some trails. Sometimes, simplicity is great, and some people like running in the same pair of shoes every day.
1 - Adidas Boston 6,7 or 8: absolute perfection, no weak spots, great fit, great ride, durable. Plenty has been written here about the Boston. A must try for any runner.
2 - Saucony Kinvara 10: great upper, awesome ride, easy on your calves for a 4mm drop shoe. Now I see what all the hype was about.
3 - New Balance 890v6: very underrated shoe. Needs some breaking in of the midsole, but afterwards is very smooth. Fits great, handles all paces. Grab a pair while you still can.
If I had to spend the rest of my running years in just one shoe model, and as much as I love the Boston, I might go with the Kinvara. It's just so easy going...
