Thanks so much for the update and congratulations! You are definitely an inspiration! I'm 53 and was able to break 5 last year (after a hiatus of about 15 years). I found that it's still possible to get fit enough (speed work, while absolutely necessary, is a bit jarring though) but it seems that the margin of error for injuries is so much less as we age. I have to be much more vigilant and proactive in preventative measures (strength work, drills, etc). Thanks again and I look forward to seeing you break 5 for years to come!
