Good job! Son! I am very proug of you !!!
Gustavus with 3 young guys at 8:53 is solid right now. They only had 1 guy at 8:50ish last year.
It's early, but Wilky vs. Longeran in the mile is the conference race to watch. Currently 1-2 in the nation.

Classic Stolaf boys... they can't get over the fact that they don't have 5 All-Americans anymore, smh. I can't think of the last time Gustavus has ever peaked in January no matter what year you are talking about. It's about time to give Gustavus the credit they deserve.

Lonergan and Wilkinson seem to be doing just fine in January. So do the Gusties. Maybe its time to face the hard truth that the rest of Olaf’s team is neither talented nor committed enough to run fast anymore
The MIAC thread: weekly posts about how blah blah runner is garbage, blah blah performance means nothing because of blah blah reasons, and the same b*tch as$ losers keep having the same blah blah complaints and arguments because they themselves probably just aren’t good runners. I miss the 2015 thread when people weren’t such pussies.
Are there any info on our boy Mueller? when is debuting for indoors?

Miac of 2015 would not be able to hang with this years Gusties
Entries show Mueller, Wilkerson, and Meilke in the 3k at Stout this weekend. Should be strong field with La Crosse's top guys.
good times from St Olaf today. Karl Wachter opens his season with 8:33 3k
There were also quite a few notable field marks from this weekend's meets:
Drew Dockendorf (St. John's) vaulted 16' (4th nationally)
Aidan Ritzenthaler (St. Thomas) vaulted 15' 1" (14th)
Maguire Petersen (St. John's) jumped 6' 6.75" (16th)
Kyle Lichttengger (St. Mary's) jumped 24' 0.25" (4th)
Collin Trout (St. John's) tripled 46' 3.25" (19th)
Steven Orzolek (Gustavus) threw 53' (11th)
Parker Feuerborn (St. Thomas) threw 51' 9.25" (15th)
3 St. Thomas throwers threw 55' in WT. (22nd, 24th, and 26th)
Weekend Takeaways from the TRACK:
Mueller running 8:40 means he is in decent shape and a contender come conference time

Garet Grant is building off his nice XC season with a 8:53 3k and 4:25 mile the last 2 weeks
