I was 5'9.25" and was at my best at 138-140. I was slower at 135 and below. I got as low as 128 one week, and made myself gain 10 lbs in a week. Later in my 20s, I grew another 1/2" and my best weight was up to 145.

Ever heard of the "ape index"? Some guys who are 70 inches tall will have an arm span of only 66 inches, and others will have an arm span of 74 inches. Obviously the guys with bigger arm spans will naturally tend to weigh more.
Isn't that kind of a lightweight for a non-elite runner?
How about a 6 ft runner weighing in around 180 or so with some muscle?
Add 6-pack abs, tight butt & muscular legs, this 6 footer is going to look masculine while still able to run & race. 💪
