2020 thread started in November. Any new postings will be for 2021 at this point
Says right on the site that she coaches the walk-on's. Not really legal (if they considered DOps), but not really if they're just Operations Assistants (basically classified as a hand for the whole program).
Nice that they designate certain coaches for walk-ons.....

She coached walk ons as a volunteer assistant, which is permitted. Not saying she isn't still coaching them, but as a VA it's fine.

Yeah it was annoying then too. There's always that guy that wants credit for starting the thread each year.

So keep it here for another month then, I do not care
Does anybody know if Western Carolina is open for a distance position as well? I saw that somebody mentioned it was a Sprint job, but I noticed that some of the coaches coach more than just their regular event groups. I think the head coach may coach distance and jumps.
Coach Norman coaches the distance and horizontal jumps. The other Coach currently on staff coaches vertical jumps, throws, and Multis. The coach that left coached sprints and hurdles.

What’s the position at Idaho for?

Sprints, I believe.
This has got to be the best troll post here of all time right?
Has it all.
It will depend on the best candidate. Between the Director and this coach, the horizontal jumps, vertical jumps, multis, sprints, hurdles and relays will be covered. Director has success coaching all of these and the only certainty is that the Director will definitely coach horizontal jumps. How the remaining events get split between the two coaches (Director and new hire) will depend on the skill set of the assistant hired.
That was in reference to the question about what events the University of Idaho position will coach. Position closes 12/11.
I would not waste my time applying for this job to be a assistant, knowing the director at Idaho and his past results I know myself as well as most college coaches around the NCAA could do a much better job.

This is pretty funny considering I think you just replied to the Idaho Director's wife lol
Dude responds immediately to the guy's wife saying how terrible of a coach he is. Classic letsrun.
For what it's worth, all my interactions with Tim have been delightful. Great guy.
Sorry for your personal problems “Mr.Andy” ...typically LetRun
