Are you kidding? Mid Majors are saving so much money right now, all that canceled travel and what not
Schools have insurance policies for events like this. They’re also not paying a bunch of hourly staff and saving tons of money from saved spring costs. As long as school begins back up in the fall no university will close.

New England open, Panhandle state, and north Georgia.
A lot of our seniors are entering the portal as graduate transfers which I think is great. We do not offer many graduate programs and we definitely do not have scholarships, so a Patriot League waiver does not do much for us.

Sorry everyone. I don’t think there will be much of a party this year. This is a basketball article and focuses at first on the finances of hiring but the logistical concerns of hiring apply to our sport too. And with those coaches who were on the hot seat it is most likely that athletic directors/head coaches will give them one more year since they weren’t able to prove themselves with an outdoor season.
