Tuntivate has represented Thailand in international competition, even though he grew up in Delaware.
Tertsch (Germany) hasn't raced this season.
Why don't you look up the rosters for each of the qualified teams to find out?

I think they are also the only team not to have any fifth years/transfers/grad students (because the rules of the Academy). Makes the fact they're ranked 12th nationally pretty impressive.

BYU has 25 year old men. Might as well be foreigners.
Thought every one at a service academy went for free - obviously tough to get in, and then a 3 yr post school military commitment.
Syracuse.
The real question is how many athletic directors care?

It used to be a minimum 6-year post graduation commitment. Has it changed?

Fixed it.
For the life of me I can't figure out why people keep posting threads like this every year. The NCAA isn't a developmental league for USATF. If coaches like Wetmore want to focus on developing American talent, then great; if Mick Byrne wants to coach any talented athlete that wants to run for Wisconsin and can deal with the cold, then great.
American universities attracting talented international students is good for everybody.
