Actually I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure these are contracts and once a kid signs the contract in the school commit scholarship money that money is off the table
By couple of schools I meant the schools that I think she's really going to go there
So if a school has no contact with her and hasn't been in touch I don't think they're going to hold scholarship money for her
Basically I think schools are going to give out their scholarship money once they find kids that they think are strong fits for the program and can really help them
So I don't think every school is going to hold a lot of scholarship money in the hopes that Katelyn Tuohy goes there when there's no chance that she's going to go to 99.9% of schools
I think it's the three or four schools that have a good chance of getting her that are going to hold the money
But I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure once a kid signs a contract and the school starts giving out its money than that money becomes off the table so the school doesn't think she's going to go there they might end up giving all their money to other kids who they know we're going to go there and get the best team they can.
Not sure how it works with the girls that are already on scholarship but I'm pretty sure it's some point all those scholarships renew and the money is committed so they have no more scholarship money to give out. I'm not arguing that schools that think they have a realistic chance of signing her will make sure they still have scholarship money I'm just saying that schools are going to do what they think is going to realistically happen so if all the good Runners are available they might start signing other good runners
