Wow... Harvard Men! Not receiving any votes in the national poll, beating 2 ranked teams, and winning the region. When was the last team to do that?

Hannah Reinhardt (Albany) got the individual win in 19:28.4
While it is only an individual title, this is still a pretty big win for the Albany program which was still Division 3 when I graduated from there 25 years ago.
Their distance coach has made the most of every athlete he has had come in the door (which isn't a high number since the head coach likes to emphasize sprinters since they can be more effective scorers at conference meets since many can be taught to jump and hurdle as well).
Isai Rodriguez 66th place in Midwest after finishing 2nd to Kurga at Big 12 two weeks ago.
Okla State finishes fifth. Would easily have been third if Rodriguez ran as expected.
Wow OK State and Isai Rodriguez(4th individual last year at NCAAs) staying hone this year.
Colin Baker - 8th at Heps but 5th at regionals. Big run for a true frosh
BYU women with the win. Followed by New Mexico, Air Force, Colorado, and Utah
Arkansas women sweep, has that ever happened in a regional before?
The athlete special is going to NCAAs take that haters.

Yes, sub-19 at altitude is impressive.

Harvard won both earlier today
What are the women’s in depth analysis? Why is flotrack not saying Georgetown has an at large I thought they did for sure

What a joke. I had like a 10-second video showing the Cornell women in the shoes at the start but flotrack filed a copyright claim against it. It's called fair use.
Soon they will be stopping parents from uploading their home videos at races to youtube. Give me a break.
I've filed a counterclaim against them. This happened a few years ago and I won but it takes times. In the meantime, here is a photo of the cornell women in the vaporflys.

He said the women sweep, i.e., went 1 through 5.

“Sweep” as in “top five places/15 points”

Alex Gibby is a great coach. Do we know if they were wearing the vaporflys?
I can confirm the biggest upset of the week - the cornell women making it - was helped by the Vaporflys as shown here. They are at the left of the screen in red and white.

Looks like Flotrack made a copyright claim. Strange since everyone is saying they aren't even covering the event.
