Salazar's only issue is that he most likely implemented an extremely convoluted method by which his athletes could use low-level PEDs. Why it is that USADA couldn't find proper evidence of THAT is a mystery to me, given that it's fairly obvious.
Then maybe you missed the part where the doctor's paperwork magically didn't match the patient's paperwork when the evidence was collected or how the people he had researching questionable things for him were people like his son. When he had a guy like Magness do it, it did get reported. The problem with hiding or destroying evidence is precisely that -- it gets hidden or destroyed.

I wonder what the women currently in the group think of all this. Hasay, Rowbury, Hassan, KK. From what I can tell, Salazar's relationship with Hasay and Hassan seemed creepily close. But they all probably have non-disclosure agreements with Nike and we will not hear anything from them.
What Galen and Hasay share in common is a brainwashed unquestioning Catholic deference to immediate authority (as long as they portray a Catholic devotion too). In many ways Jordan is the female Galen.
Then don’t read it.
it's cute to accuse others of "TDS" when you're the guy crying about the mention of your big wet president in passing in an article.

Without Salazar Amy would have NEVER made the Olympics. How ungrateful!
Without Salazar, Mary Cain never would have broken 1:57, 800m. Oh wait!

"Her butt is big too!"
This is how we know Salazar is a closeted gay. The man can't appreciate a nice butt... Bummer.
I went looking for some old pics of AYB backside and was unsuccessful. Thanks a lot google.

Where are the Alberto lovers now? How you going to spin this one?
More detractor than defender- ASal's guilty of plenty. But she wasn't forced to sign, & could've negotiated- WELCOME TO THE WORLD. And runners need to quit being snowflakes. You think NFL'ers or boxers aren't screamed at?

Lol, Good point. I never got the impression he cared too much about her.

Al Sal must get physically ill anytime he’s on a college campus and sees all the girls in their leggings and yoga pants.

I don't recall ever seeing the best in those sports consistently doing that. It's usually the crappy ones doing that because they feel so desperate for positive results in terms of score to justify keeping their job, their stature, their confidence and manhood.
Do you even WATCH sports? Every other game there are commentators who take a break from the broadcast to comment on someone getting yelled at.

I think people look at this type of thing differently when it’s a male coach talking to a female athlete that way.
If it were a female coach making those comments to Yoder or Cain, or even a female coach saying them to a male athlete, nobody would likely care.
We need to take another look at the special category called "women's track and field". At the highest level we may be asking women and girls to perform at levels that are simply unsustainable for them physically. The injury rate for runners seems to be far higher for women than for men, and the younger the woman the higher the injury rate. The record book from 800 down to 100 is dominated by female dopers. The entire category of women's sport seems to be at risk from a rising tide of "trans" runners. And now we have this - styles of coaching used in men's sport are now considered to be too abusive to be used in women's sport. Start with with a few small steps to depressurize the situation. Ban men from coaching women. Ban mixed training groups. Ban competitions in which women compete alongside men. There should be two sets of world and national championships held at separate venues. The same with the Diamond League. Then we'll see where we go from there.
She was a two time NCAA Champ and 15 time All-American. Not sure what happened with Salazar but I am on her side of the issues.
Fun to see all the modestly accomplished runners here scolding the champion runners from NOP about being too soft. Snowflake, pansy ... yada-yada. Salazar failed his athletes, it's a simple as that.
