This is the result of the NRA, trump, and a bunch of nazis guiding our gun laws.

It's estimated there are nearly 400,000,000 guns owned by private citizens in the US. You could break up the NRA, get rid of Trump and make whatever gun laws are most appropriate and you still have this problem of 400 million guns in the US.

Yay, that's the fighting spirit I like to see. Let's sit on our arses, do sweet fa, and sit by while people die.
God bless America.
Move over, Saugus. Pleasantville, N. J. is the latest, just moments ago.
And the day is still young.
Gee, think it's time for a little gun control measures in par with the rest of the "civilized" world?

Not saying we shouldn't do anything, but what would changing gun laws do when there are nearly half a billion guns in our country already? That's a sincere question. I work at a high school in southern California and talk to the students about it and they are legitimately scared it's going to happen at our school too. I'm all for solutions trust me.
That certainly lets the gun lobby off the hook.
And the politicians they own.
And I am so f'g pissed at myself that i am one of the "adults" in this culture that perpetuate this travesty to continue. I have marched to change gun laws, but it doesn't seem to be enough. This is BS. Our children die as a result....

Maybe, maybe not. Could be you will burn in Hell for usurping the right of God to judge such matters, and the the kid gets a pass, because of youth and mental illness.

Hey, what good would facing slavery do, when everyone has slaves.
What good would opposing racism do, when everyone is racist...
You get the picture, you start small and make a stand. Even one less gun and death is a good thing.

No one gets a "pass" it is also up to God. Evil does not get a pass though

The civilized world? You mean like Europe and Asia, where tens of millions were rounded up on trains and sent to death camps, lined up and shot, or starved to death, by the state under socialist governments?

Point well taken.

This has been going on for 20 years and thus far absolutely nothing small has made any sort of stand. What would you recommend?
I’m not a gun owner. Feels like I might be the only one in the US too.

More people killed by knifes in any given year than guns. Should we get rid of those? Prolly wouldn't bother you but your mom would be pissed!!! How in the hell would she cut you pb&js for you?
Oh and hammers...hammers. Just outlaw everything.
The creepy thing is, people call themselves gun owners:
Apparently, they are defined by the homicidal tools they possess.
I am not a gun owner, but unfortunately I am a car owner.
