That's faulty logic... it's a different course. I admit, the TX State meet was probably short maybe 10-15 seconds--- but if Schoppe ran a 14:3x at FL South, would you still be saying "not a 5K" (even though we all know FL South use to be a quick course).
NXN South:
Sam Worley/Reed Brown ran 15:10/15:11 back in 2016 (but I'm certain things were different that year).
Cheeseman ran 15:34 in 2017 to win.
Jarrett Kirk ran 15:41 to win in 2018.
If Schoppe actually ran sub 15:30, that would be amazing (although it depends on the conditions-courseif any changes are made..
