I'm trying to understand your perspective outside of typical LRC humblebrag trolling and I can only imagine that if this is serious, you're at most 14 years old.
Virtually any semi-motivated high school student can stay on task for way, way longer than four hours at a time, to finish up a paper, study for a test, etc. And for most adults, a full day of work is around 8 hours. The majority of people manage at least on occasion to stay focused, motivated, and actually working for that amount of time.
So half of that for what's essentially a leisure activity? Not impressive in the slightest.
