Boston!
I haven’t run the London marathon but I’ve done Boston and Chicago and 28 others; Chicago is THE BEST. Fast course, smooth race-morning logistics, great organization, amazing city, and if you have family spectating, it’s very easy for them. Boston is just a huge pain in the ass. Not to mention, the weather will probably suck.
Boston is nice, but who wants to go to Chicago? Not me. Boston has the samuel Adam's brewery, which is free and they give out free beer on the tour. If I were you, I'd go to london, find yourself a nice pub, a english speaking girl and get your shag on.
Houston FTW!
There's a lot of missing info here..
Presumably you're looking at either a fall marathon (Chi 2020) or a Spring marathon (London/Boston 2021)? Am I right? Why not do both?
Boston has Sam Adams for sure, an nice over-rated beer that is good once in a while, but Chicago hands you beer in the finishing area. Much more effective.
The spring races are also point - to - point. Not sure how it is with London but being bused out for Boston (or NYC) is a long process. Many hours of waiting around. Chi you can basically show up pretty last min and walk right into the corral.
