If security assistance to Ukraine was contingent upon President Zelenskyy publicly announcing an investigation into the Burisma - Biden connection, why was it dispersed on September 11 without that condition being met?

Because on Sept 9 the Inspector General notified the House intelligence committee that he received a whistleblower's complaint related to an "urgent concern".

If a U.S. citizen Conspires with a foreigner to affect the results of a U.S. election it is a crime. If a U.S. president is involved, it is an act which deserves impeachment.
The act you're accusing him of doesn't qualify as election interference. You are just mad that the outcome of the 2016 election isn't what you want it to be.
There is no way in hell he gets impeached and I think the democrats realize this. This is just another opportunity to drag his legacy through the mud in an attempt to win back the electoral vote for next election. realistically; republicans won’t favor impeachment and we have the Donald for another four years. I’d place money on that bet.

There's very little doubt he'll be impeached. Try to keep up.

Why not address the point I made?
You said Trump won't get impeached when it's obvious that he will from here.
Do you think the Democrats in congress are suddenly going to jump on Trump's side when they vote?

Of all the impeachable offenses the democrats Picked a weak one. There isn’t proof Ukraine investigates the Bidens and trump released the funds. Also; don’t the republicans have to jump ship as well? I don’t see that happening as protecting the GOP is more important to them.

Democrats have a majority in congress. That's where they decide on impeachment.

I’ll come back and eat my words if he is impeached! This all seems like a bunch of noise.

Also; my poly sci expert is telling me he would need to be removed by the senate which the gop holds.

I didn't know that.
The House of Representatives impeaches.
The Senate then votes on whether the impeachment warrants removal from office.
Once the House has acted, "impeachment" is technically over.

Trumpster propaganda. Anything to avoid the truth. There is a gangster in the White House, extorting "deals" from a foreign government to smear and thereby discredit a political opponent. It is indefensible so the Republicans have to lie about what it means.
I was told during the 2016 campaign that investigating those running for office was a good thing because the American people had a right to know the truth, and if the candidate/campaign had truly done nothing wrong they should have nothing to fear.
Trump asked for a very specific event to be investigated. He didn't ask Ukraine to go on any sort of fishing expedition (a la Mueller) in search of crimes, or ask for generic "dirt". He asked Ukraine to look into reopening an investigation that the previous administration shut down. We know it happened - Biden bragged about it on tape.
what a joke this is. bribery? ok, but he forgot to tell the person he was bribing what was in for him if he did what was wanted! Bad bribing tactics!
he did it for Russia! All roads lead to Putin! I guess Obama was working for Putin when he sent zero real military weaponry!
