How does Oregon ever lose? They have the highest paid runners and are required to take the best PEDs.
No kidding!

The Colorado men came in tied for #3 in the country with Stanford but they won easily as Stanford was only third. Colorado was led by individual champ Joe Klecker as Thomas Ratcliffe was only 7th. The #2 Stanford women CRUSHED it beating #3 Washington, 27 to 55 as Fiona O'Keefe got the individual win.

Wow, USC rounding out the last 7
What's up with the Colorado and Oregon women?
Never bet against the buffs.
Joe Klecker is the best American in the NCAA right now, not Connor Mantz.
Ratcliffe 6th
Brie Oakley is alive, and running for CAL!!!

What a run for Harrison. Wow.
There were a ton of Stanford critics a few months ago when the new coaching staff was revealed.
However . . .
Looks like JJ Clark was a good choice after all.
His women's team will only get stronger as Christina Aragon (6th runner today) rounds back into shape after being out for over a year with a back injury.

Better than Milt would've done, IMO. Milt was a choke artist, and had a ridiculous amount of talent on his team.
Women are doing better but men are not doing well. How the hell is 13:34 5k runner and NCAA steeple champ Steven Fahy not in the top 10?
Noah didn’t race today for Oregon, that’s weird

idk. He's had a rough year thus far, wonder if he had an injury in the summer or fall.
In top shape, yes, Fahy would not only be top-10 but would have contended for the conference title.
However, he's not in top shape.
A recent Stanford Daily article mentioned there were some minor injuries on the men's team that had slowed them a bit . . . and he likely was one of them.
However, today was by far the best of the 3 races Fahy has run this fall . . . he was only 7th man at McNichols and 6th man at Nuttycombe but 3rd man today, just 12s behind Ratcliffe. He's on track to be right there with Ostberg & Ratcliffe at NCAAs.
Stanford got Connor Lane back today -- though out of shape after injuries -- but was missing Callum Bolger which hurt a bit.
So, Stanford had a good race but need a great team race to win today.
Give it up for Colorado, they came through again and deserve to be ranked at least 2nd or 3rd behind NAU and maybe BYU. Oregon might now be a top-5 team and Stanford will be right there with them.

CU has a shot if NAU has an off day and they run like they did today. Klecker/Dressell are T10 types, Harrison right there with them, and the other guys have AA potential.
NAU rarely has an off day, though!
